In the (unlikely) event that you are not happy with your order, please reach out to us via email. 
We accept returns within 14 days after the order is received, provided it is in its original unused condition.

The cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for items lost. Refunds may be issued after receiving the returned product safely. If we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost. 

Mairy Jewellery guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, for one year after purchase. You are entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis, we do not cover damage caused by misuse. The timespan for the repair process will depend on the individual case
